Sent mail ballot applications to every registered voter above age 65, implementing drive-thru voting locations and 24 hour voting sites on Thursday, Oct. 29, increasing voting mega centers, including NRG and Toyota Center, providing PPE to election workers, and had requested extensions to early voting and the receipt of mail ballots.
