On Monday, Donald Trump’s campaign announced via email that he would endorse Mckinney state Sen. Angela Paxton – who was first elected to the Texas Senate in November of 2018.
“Angela Paxton has my Complete and Total Endorsement for her reelection to the Texas Senate,” the former president said in an email from his Save America campaign. “She always puts America and Texas first, and has been a strong fighter for Conservative values.
He also praised her on being “Pro-life,Pro-Gun Rights, and Pro-Border Security.”
Paxton thanked Trump for his endorsement through a tweet, and promised to “always put America, and Texas, first.”
Trump has also endorsed Paxton’s husband, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, in his re-election campaign, as reported by The Dallas Morning News.
