The World Series that was scheduled to resume tonight with Game 3 between the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies in Philadelphia has been reschedule for Tuesday, Nov. 1 due to rain. The first two games were played in Houston at Minute Maid Park. The Astros are currently tied with the Phillies at one game apiece.
Game 3 is now scheduled to start on Tuesday at 7:03 p.m. CT. Given that the Astros have a deeper bullpen, the extra rest day is likely to benefit the Phillies.
