Megan Thee Stallion’s Ex-Cameraman Accuses Her Of Forcing Him To Watch Her Have Sex

A Houston cameraman says Megan Thee Stallion forced him to watch her have sex with another woman and has filed a lawsuit against her.

The cameraman, Emilio Garcia, filed the papers Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing Stallion of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. He also accused Stallion of fat-shaming him.

With the lawsuit, Garcia is seeking more than six figures, according to NBC.

Garcia began working with the rapper in 2018, becoming Megan’s full-time personal photographer. In the lawsuit, he said he was traveling with Megan in Spain in 2022, and after a night out, the rapper and another woman began having sex next to him in an SUV.

According to the filing, the “Plaintiff could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country. Plaintiff was embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”

“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” he said. After the incident, Garcia said Megan started to treat him differently.

The cameraman also said that Megan fat-shamed him, calling him “fat bitch” and telling him “spit your food out.”

“To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things,” Garcia said, “I felt degraded.”

According to the lawsuit, Garcia worked without basic insurance coverage and suffered wage violations.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court,” one of Megan’s attorneys said.
