Harris County Judge Extends Stay-Home Order

In a press conference on May 1, just two days after the state wide order expired on April 30, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo signed a new stay-at-home order that states non-essential Harris County businesses and others not reopened by Gov. Abbott’s order are to remain closed through May 20.
