Abbott still has plenty of money to spend in the final week before the election, with his latest filing showing he has $19.7 million cash on hand.

That’s less money than Collier raised previously from February 25 to June 30, where he raised $266,308. During that filing period, Collier spent $222,672.
In the race for attorney general, Republican incumbent Ken Paxton raised $2.3 million, spent $2.86 million, and has $2.9 million in cash on hand from September 28 to October 27. Paxton’s Democratic challenger Justin Nelson raised $1.08 million, spent $3.36 million, and has $447,048 in cash on hand, according to his eight day filing. That same filing reports Nelson has $1.5 million in outstanding loans.
