The initial tweet, posted earlier today, urged residents to avoid the downtown area and assured that Public Information Officers (PIOs) were on the scene.

As of the latest update at 4:15 PM, the media staging area for the major incident has been established in front of the large yellow sculpture known as the Tabachin Ribbon, located at 1000 Throckmorton St. in front of the Municipal Court.
