Rand Paul on a trip to Moscow. The mission? To “increase engagement” with our Russian neighbors.
According to the Washington Post, the trip was not official diplomacy, with the US Embassy disavowing it, saying “Sen. Rand Paul is visiting Russia as part of a private group.”
